1.1. This Cookie Processing Policy of SOOO MOROZPRODUCT (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) was developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 7, 2021 No. 99-Z “On the Protection of Personal Data” in order to protect the personal data of users and applies to the sites: https://e-moroz.by, https://moroz.by (hereinafter referred to as the Sites).
1.2. The Policy explains to Site users for what purposes and how SOOO MOROZPRODUCT (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) processes cookies, as well as how users can control the process of such processing.
1.3. Each user has the right to review the text of this Policy at any time. The Policy is publicly available and posted on the Internet on the Sites.
1.4. Processing of cookies is carried out with the consent of the User when visiting any Website of the Operator. By clicking “accept” in the pop-up window informing about the use of cookies, the User agrees that the Operator will place cookies on his device. If the User decides to “refuse” the use of cookies, the Operator will not be able to place these files on his device (with the exception of system cookies necessary for the functioning of the site), which will affect the operation and some functions of the Site.
1.5. Cookies do not pose a threat to the User's device because they are text and not programs to be launched.

Cookies are small files with text and (or) digital information, which, when visiting the Site, are transferred to the browser of the user’s device and when subsequently attempting to open a page of the Site, the browser sends the corresponding files to the server in order to authenticate the User and store it personal preferences and settings, tracking the state of the user's access session, etc.

The Operator collects the specified information in accordance with the purposes specified in clause 3.1. of this Policy.

Consequently, Yandex, Google and Facebook companies process information about users’ visits to the Site and the actions that users perform on the Site pages.
Aggregated data not associated with identifying a specific user may be transferred to the following interested third parties (advertisers and/or publishers) for the purpose of developing targeted advertising, researching advertising effectiveness and improving it:
5.1. The Operator invites the User, when visiting the Site for the first time, to give his consent to the use of cookies or to refuse their use by clicking the “Accept all cookies” or “Refuse all cookies” buttons on the pop-up information banner. In this case, by clicking the “Accept all cookies” button, the User agrees to the use of all types of cookies specified in clause 2.1. of this Policy. By clicking the “Refuse all cookies” button, the User refuses the use of other cookies.
Since the Operator can ensure the full and correct functioning of the Site, including the safety of its use, only by using strictly necessary cookies, this type of cookies cannot be disabled.
Additionally, using the link on the pop-up information banner, the user can configure the use of a specific type of cookies, with the exception of the type of strictly necessary cookies.
5.2. The period for which this consent is given is 2 years, as some cookies may be stored for such a period of time.
5.3. The Site user can change his choice and refuse the use of cookies before the expiration of the period specified in clause 5.2. of this Policy by clicking the “Cookie Settings” button at the bottom of the Site page.

5.4. Correct operation of the Site is possible only if strictly necessary (system) cookies are used. If this type of cookies is disabled, the Operator cannot guarantee the User the full and effective operation of all functionality of the Site. Disabling other cookies will not allow you to take measures to improve the operation of the Site based on the User’s preferences, as well as to select advertisements and other promotional materials for the most relevant, suitable purpose for each specific user.

6.3. SOOO MOROZPRODUCT has the right, at its discretion, to unilaterally change and (or) supplement the terms of this Policy without prior notice to the subjects of personal data by posting a new version of the Policy on the Sites.
